Location: Panyu Shawan Outdoor Training Base
Theme: Team Spirit · Believe in Yourself

At EPARK, we strongly believe that the foundation of great products is a great team. Whether we are developing VR racing simulators, designing prize machines, or building complete FEC turnkey solutions, everything begins with teamwork, communication, and confidence. To reinforce these values, we organized a full-day outdoor team building event on November 12, 2025, at the Panyu Shawan Outdoor Training Base.

This year’s theme—“Team Spirit · Believe in Yourself”—perfectly reflected the mindset we want to cultivate as EPARK continues expanding globally as a leading arcade game manufacture

Through outdoor challenges, group competitions, and confidence-building activities, every participant experienced growth, collaboration, and unforgettable moments.

Why Team Spirit Matters at EPARK

Behind every successful project lies a dedicated team working together with trust and commitment. As a manufacturer with over 15 years of experience and a 25,000m² factory, EPARK understands that:

  • teamwork drives innovation,

  • communication accelerates execution,

  • confidence shapes leadership, and

  • trust builds long-term success.

Team building is more than a fun activity for us—it's a way to strengthen relationships, encourage cross-department collaboration, and inspire personal growth.

This year’s event featured three teams competing across three major challenge games, designed to test coordination, strategy, rhythm, courage, and most importantly—self-belief.

Event Overview: A Day of Energy and Inspiration

The outdoor training ground in Shawan was filled with excitement as EPARK team members arrived early in the morning. The weather was ideal, and the atmosphere felt refreshing. After warm-up exercises and group assignments, all employees were divided into three balanced teams.

The trainers introduced the schedule and rules, and soon we began the first of three major activities.

Game 1: “Speed Challenge Arena”

Ball Toss · Ring Toss · Clap Relay

Fastest Team Wins

The first activity combined speed, accuracy, and teamwork. Each team needed to complete three linked mini-games:

1. Ball Toss

Players had to throw balls into designated targets with precision. It required accuracy, coordination, and calm focus under pressure.

2. Ring Toss

Participants aimed to land rings on poles—another test of hand-eye coordination and concentration.

3. Clap Relay

Teammates completed a rapid clap-passing sequence, which required synchronization and clear communication.

Each team had to finish the sequence as quickly as possible. The group with the shortest total time won the challenge.

The relay-style gameplay created a lively atmosphere: teammates shouted cues, cheered loudly, and encouraged one another. Some teams missed their targets at first, while others quickly found effective strategies.

But regardless of performance, everyone shared the same realization:

Speed means nothing without unity.

Only by relying on each other can a team reach true efficiency.**

This warm-up game successfully activated team energy and prepared everyone for the upcoming challenges.

Game 2: “Drum Ball Challenge”

Rhythm · Coordination · Trust

Most Ball Bounces Win

The second activity required each team to cooperate in holding a rope-attached drum platform, keeping a ball bouncing continuously.

It might sound simple—but maintaining rhythm with multiple people is extremely challenging.

What the challenge tested:

  • Consistent group rhythm

  • Communication under pressure

  • Patience and cooperation

  • Mutual trust and focus

During the first attempts, balls often fell quickly due to inconsistency. Some teams pulled too hard; others reacted too slowly.

But gradually, every group improved. Members adjusted their timing, communicated more clearly, and found a unified rhythm. With every successful bounce, the cheers grew louder.

This game revealed an important truth:

When everyone aligns their strength and direction, a team becomes steady and powerful.

In the workplace—especially in production, QC, logistics, and project coordination—the same principle applies. This game beautifully mirrored real-world teamwork at EPARK.

Game 3: “Leap of Faith — 8-Meter High Pole Challenge”

Courage · Self-Belief · Overcoming Fear

The final challenge was the most thrilling and emotional part of the day.

Participants needed to:

  1. Climb an 8-meter-high vertical pole

  2. Stand steadily on a narrow platform at the top

  3. Jump forward to grab a suspended bar

This activity was designed to push participants beyond their comfort zone and reinforce the theme “Believe in Yourself.”

Three key strengths this challenge required:

  • Mental courage to face height and uncertainty

  • Self-belief to take the leap

  • Team strength from supportive teammates cheering below

Some employees climbed confidently; others hesitated halfway, breathing heavily and battling fear. But no one was alone—every teammate shouted support from below:

“相信自己!”
“You can do it!”
“We’re here for you!”

Whether participants caught the bar or not, simply making the leap was a victory.
When someone jumped, the entire team applauded with genuine pride.

This activity taught us the most important lesson of the day:

With team support behind you, fear becomes conquerable

—and belief becomes strength.

What We Learned from This Team Building Day

Throughout the three major activities, every team member demonstrated courage, cooperation, and passion. The day reinforced several valuable lessons:

  • Communication builds efficiency

  • Team spirit strengthens performance

  • Confidence fuels achievement

  • Trust creates unity

  • Challenges push us to grow

Each activity carried symbolic meaning:

  • The relay challenge showed how teamwork improves execution.

  • The drum-ball challenge proved that synergy and rhythm lead to stability.

  • The 8-meter leap reminded us that breakthroughs begin with self-confidence.

The entire event achieved far more than physical challenges—it strengthened EPARK’s culture, enhanced relationships, and renewed motivation across departments.

How This Supports EPARK’s Future Growth

As EPARK continues to expand in global markets—providing prize machines, arcade racing games, VR equipment, shooting simulators, kid rides, and complete FEC solutions—our strongest advantage is not only our machinery or factory capacity.

Our true strength comes from our people.

A united, confident, and collaborative team can deliver:

  • better service

  • higher quality products

  • smoother project coordination

  • stronger innovation

  • and happier customers

This team building event strengthened our internal foundations for a better future.
