2D Layout Planning
We start with a clear understanding of your project requirements — space size, floor plan, entrance and exit locations, target audience, preferred games, and budget range.
Our designers will create a 2D layout to maximize your floor efficiency and ensure smooth player flow. You may also share photos or videos of your site to help us evaluate the environment better.
Once the 2D layout is confirmed, we provide a preliminary quotation and discuss suitable game selections and themes for your arcade or FEC.

Production
Once your design is confirmed, we begin the manufacturing phase in our 15,000㎡ EPARK factory, where advanced technology meets experienced craftsmanship.
Every arcade machine is produced through a standardized, step-by-step process to ensure high performance, durability, and visual appeal.
Our production process includes:
- Artwork printing and painting with durable coatings and customized themes
- Electronic system assembly, including PCB installation, wiring, and LED lighting setup
- Screen and control system integration for smooth gameplay
- Final assembly and function testing before quality inspection
Each unit follows CE, RoHS, and SGS international standards, ensuring reliable safety and top quality.
During production, our team keeps you updated with progress photos and videos, so you can follow your project from factory to finish.
Testing & Quality Control
Before shipment, every machine goes through a 48-hour full operation test to ensure stable performance and safety.
We test gameplay functionality, electrical safety, lighting effects, and mechanical durability.
Only after passing all tests will the products be cleared for packaging.
Packaging & Delivery
EPARK uses international-standard export packaging to ensure your machines arrive safely:
- Bubble wrap + thick foam protection
- Wooden frame or crate reinforcement
- Waterproof film wrapping for sea shipment
Our experienced logistics team arranges shipping and provides full support with customs, insurance, and delivery tracking.
Installation & Support
Once your machines arrive, we offer installation guidance, operation training, and after-sales support.
